Anchored & Restored — an 8-week guided restoration experience with Janice Anderson, beginning the week of October 19, 2026

Getting through it and being restored from it are two different things.

You made it through. Now it's time to be restored from what it took to survive.

Anchored & Restored is an eight-week guided restoration experience for the woman who knows she made it through — but also knows she cannot take the survival version of herself into what God is calling her to next.

Together, we will identify what the season cost you, recognize the survival patterns still shaping your decisions, restore what belongs to you now, and help you move forward anchored in truth, intimacy with God, and authority.

A $500 deposit can hold your place and is applied toward your tuition. [CONFIRM. Remaining balance terms: INSERT EXACT BALANCE-DUE LANGUAGE.]

What restoration looks like

By the end of our eight weeks together, you will be able to…

  • Name what this season actually changed in you instead of continuing to call everything “fine.”
  • Recognize the survival patterns still making decisions for you and replace them with truth you can access when life gets loud.
  • Move into your next season without abandoning yourself — clearer about who you are, closer to God, and better equipped to make decisions from an anchored place instead of exhaustion.

This is not about becoming a brand-new woman. It is about restoring the woman who has been carrying more than she was designed to carry alone.

Here is how we get there.

Why I built this

You are the one everyone leans on.

You know how to get things done.

You know how to lead, solve, produce, pray, parent, build, show up, and keep life moving — even when something inside of you has not caught up with everything happening around you.

And because your life still works, most people would never know anything is wrong.

Truthfully, some days you are not even sure anything is wrong.

You just know this version of functioning is costing you more than it used to.

Your average is still somebody else's aspiration.

And you have done the work. Read the books. Saved the posts. Sat in the rooms — sometimes at the front of them. Some of it helped.

But the season changed, and something stayed exactly where it landed.

You are functioning. You are producing. You are also carrying residue you have never had the room, the order, or the company to really deal with. And somewhere along the way, you may have started wondering whether this is simply who you are now.

It isn't.

Relief may feel good, but relief alone will not restore what the season changed.

That is why I built these eight weeks: not to give you more information, but to give you an ordered place to go back for what survival cost you, discern what belongs to you now, and begin moving forward without dragging the old survival strategy into your next season.

You don't need more. You need deeper. If doing more could solve this, you would already be free.

Maybe this is what you've been trying to name

Survival did its job. But sometimes it leaves things behind.

Maybe it looks like this:

  • You second-guess decisions that used to come easily.
  • Rest does not actually leave you feeling rested.
  • You have become incredibly capable — and increasingly disconnected.
  • You are more guarded than you used to be, even with people you love.
  • You keep saying, “Once this settles down, I'll deal with me.”
  • Your life looks successful, but some part of it no longer feels like yours.
  • You love God, but you notice that you are bringing Him your plans more often than bringing Him you.
  • You do not necessarily need to “heal from everything.” You simply know something needs to be restored.

Anchored & Restored gives you a place to stop calling all of that “fine” long enough to understand what it is — and decide what happens next.

“I didn't know what was ‘off’ — now I do.”

Significant Life gave me the courage to tell my story more vulnerably and live with intention. I feel aligned with God's truth in life and ministry.

Awareness → Alignment → Activation

Not a curriculum you complete. A woman you become.

Restoration has an order. These eight weeks move through three intentional movements — Awareness, Alignment, and Activation — so we are not simply naming what happened. We are restoring what needs to be restored and giving you something solid to live from when the experience ends.

Awareness

Name what the season actually cost — without making the season your identity.

  • You stop treating survival as the finish line. You can say plainly what you came through and what it required of you, without performing it, minimizing it, or making it the whole story.
  • You recognize your resilience as something you can understand and steward. You leave with evidence from your own life of how you endured, adapted, and kept moving — so the next hard season does not meet a woman who has forgotten what God has already carried her through.
  • The painful season no longer gets the final word. You can acknowledge what it cost you while also recognizing the wisdom, strength, clarity, and truth that are still available to you now.
Alignment

Catch the arguments running your life and put truth back in the driver's seat.

  • You catch the lie while it is talking. The beliefs quietly governing your decisions get named for what they are — sophisticated arguments, not truth — without guilt and without shame.
  • You have something true to put in its place — and it is yours. Not a quote you saved. Not language that sounds good in a workbook. Truth you can reach for under pressure, in the moment you actually need it.
  • The labels stop defining the limits of your identity. Survivor. Strong one. Fixer. Leader. Mother. CEO. The labels other people handed you — and the ones you took on because you needed them. You learn to honor the role without confusing it with who you are.
Activation

Move forward restored, anchored, and able to act from authority instead of depletion.

  • You make room for God's presence before you reach for another strategy. You build a rhythm of returning to Him first — not only when you are depleted or out of options.
  • You pray differently, and you have your own prayer to pray. Written in your words, for your actual life, in the season you are actually living.
  • You stop shrinking. You begin to walk in Anchored Authority (TM) — the same woman, moving with distinction rather than depletion.

Integration is part of the work.

We build room into the experience to linger, apply, pray, and let what you are learning land in your actual life. Pace of Grace, Not Pressure (TM) is not something I say when you fall behind. It is one of the principles shaping how this experience is designed.

You finish these eight weeks at a threshold — not pretending everything is finished, but knowing you have something true underneath whatever you build next.

Now, we can rebuild.

“Beyond performance, into presence.”

In a world that celebrates output, I found a rare sanctuary to let my hair down, connect deeply with God, and receive digestible, actionable teaching. Significant Life helped me hear Him clearly and move toward my true next level.

Your community

A cohort limited to 50 womenWomen who lead, carry, build, serve, and are choosing to give their own restoration the same seriousness they have given everyone else's needs.

This is not…

  • A self-paced course you buy and never open.
  • A church service.
  • Therapy or a substitute for mental-health care.
  • More information for a woman who already knows how to learn.
  • Another room where you are expected to be the one holding everyone else up.

Who will be with you

You are not doing this by yourself. That is the whole point.

Leading you

Janice Anderson

I will be live in the room throughout the eight weeks — teaching, coaching, listening, and helping you stay with the work when it gets close.

Not a recording of me. Me.

Covering you

A dedicated prophetic ministry and intercessory team

A trained team will be praying over the cohort and the work throughout the eight weeks. I do not lead sacred work casually, and I do not lead it alone.

Beside you

Up to 50 women walking the same eight weeks with you

Women who lead, carry, serve, make decisions, and are used to being the strong one. This is a room where you do not have to earn belonging by being useful.

Honestly

This isn't for every woman who can afford it.

This room may be yours if…

  • You made it through something, but you are still carrying what it cost.
  • You have done much of what you know to do, and you are willing to do the work — you are simply no longer sure what the work is.
  • You lead at work, at home, in ministry, in business, or in your community — and the people around you would be surprised to hear how tired you are.
  • You are ready for someone to be for you what you have been for everyone else.
  • You desire depth more than another download.
  • You know there is more life available to you than what you are currently experiencing, and you are ready for support getting there.

This is probably not your room if…

  • You are not willing to participate honestly in your own restoration. This work does not require perfection, but it does require your presence.
  • You are primarily looking for information. You likely already have plenty of information.
  • You need a guaranteed personal outcome before you are willing to participate in the process. I can promise you the structure, the support, the tools, and the way I will show up; your participation still matters.
  • This investment would place you under real financial strain. My goal is that every woman in this room leaves ready and resourced.
  • You are looking for a church service or for therapy. This is a biblically grounded coaching experience, and it is neither of those.

A note from me

Janice Anderson

Janice Anderson, founder of Significant Life

I walk alongside women as they navigate seasons of transition, helping them live, lead, and serve from an anchored place — without requiring life to calm down first.

I am an ICF-credentialed executive coach and a minister, and I have been doing this work since 2007. My approach brings together biblical theology, coaching, positive psychology, neuroscience, appreciative inquiry, and the Anchored Place Life Model (TM).

But I did not arrive at this work from the outside.

I know what it is to survive something and then have to figure out what to do with the woman who is left standing. Divorce. Single motherhood. Building and leading while carrying more than the people around me could see. I know what it is to discover that making it through and being restored from it are two very different things.

What I have learned is that pain does not have to be the only thing you carry forward from a difficult season. There can also be wisdom, strength, clarity, truth, and a deeper intimacy with God worth recovering.

Eight weeks gives us structure to do that work in order — to go back carefully, tell the truth about what changed, integrate what surfaces, and begin moving forward from a more anchored place.

And if you come into this room, you are more than a number to me — you are a precious Daughter of the King.

I will know your name. I will know what brought you here. And I will know the season you are trying to navigate.

That is why the room is limited.

Before you decide

The questions I get asked.

I've already done a lot of healing work. Is this a repeat?

Most of the women drawn to this room have already done meaningful work. You may have read the books, taken the courses, sat with a counselor or coach, prayed, journaled, and even led other people through their own difficult seasons.

I am not bringing you here to hand you information you already know.

Anchored & Restored gives us an ordered process for what often gets skipped: naming the residue, identifying the arguments still governing your decisions, restoring truth in their place, reconnecting identity and intimacy with God, and integrating all of that into the way you actually live.

Insight may not be what you are missing. Integration may be.

What are the exact program dates?

Anchored & Restored begins the week of October 19, 2026. Live sessions take place Tuesdays at 1:00 PM ET on Zoom. The full session schedule is shared with the cohort at the start of the experience.

Do I need to attend every session live?

[INSERT FINAL POLICY.]

Recommended structure if true: No. I would love to have you live whenever you can, because there is something different about being in the room. But life happens, and this experience was designed with that reality in mind. The Life Guide, prayers, and integration rhythm help you stay connected to the process even when a week gets full.

Will recordings be available?

[INSERT EXACT REPLAY ACCESS: which sessions are recorded, how quickly replays post, how long participants retain access, and whether coaching portions are included or edited for privacy. NOTE: the offer descriptions currently promise replays and an online classroom — these must agree.]

What if I miss a week?

You are not “behind.” A week can get away from you without costing you the journey.

The teaching, Life Guide, prayer rhythm, and integration structure are designed so you can return. And when life interrupts, we do not call that abandonment. We call it a detour — and we help you come back.

How much time should I plan for each week?

Plan for approximately [X–Y hours] per week, including the live session, the week's Life Guide practice, and the prayer rhythm. Some weeks may require less; some may invite you to linger longer. The goal is not to complete assignments for a grade. The goal is to give the work enough room to become part of your real life.

Is this coaching, ministry, or therapy?

Anchored & Restored is a biblically grounded coaching experience led by a minister who is also an ICF-credentialed coach.

There is Scripture. There is prayer. There is spiritual formation. And there is real coaching structure holding the process.

It is not a church service, and it is not therapy or a substitute for mental-health treatment.

Standard or VIP — how do I decide?

Choose Anchored & Restored if the cohort experience — the teaching, coaching, prayer, rhythm, and group room — is enough support for the season you are in.

Choose VIP if there is a specific situation in your life right now that needs private attention: a decision, relationship, transition, leadership issue, role, or circumstance you do not want to save for the next group conversation.

VIP gives you private mentor sessions, closer access to me between sessions, and a Personal Anchored Path (TM) built around the season you are actually navigating.

How private is what I share?

The room is built for honesty, and honesty requires trust. Participants agree to community confidentiality expectations, and I will explain those standards before we begin.

[INSERT COMMUNITY CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY.]

What happens after the eight weeks end?

You finish with language for what happened, tools for recognizing the patterns that survival left behind, a prayer rhythm you can return to, your Anchored & Restored Life Guide, and a clearer way to make decisions from an anchored place.

The eight weeks are complete in themselves.

My goal is not for you to leave dependent on another program. My goal is for you to leave better able to recognize when you have left your anchored place — and know how to return. For women who later decide they want deeper private work with me, Anchored & Restored also serves as the foundation I require before entering that level of mentorship.

What if life happens in the middle of the eight weeks?

It probably will.

Something will compete for your attention. A child will need something. Work will get loud. Travel will happen. You may hit an emotional week and feel tempted to disappear.

We do not call that failure.

We call it a detour, not an abandonment.

And we help you return to the path without turning catching up into another performance project.

Your next step

You made it through. You do not have to carry what survival cost you into what comes next.

Eight weeks to recognize what remains, restore what belongs to you, and learn to move forward from an anchored place — without waiting for life to settle down first.
